Yuriy Lutsenko From Smart-Holding Group Regarding criminal proceeding no.22016000000000026
based on the acts constituting a criminal offence as stipulated by Part 3, Article 258–5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine On 22 July 2016, several companies of Smart-Holding were searched on the basis of the respective court decision. To facilitate the identification and recording of the facts of the criminal offence, to assist in finding the instruments of the crime or the property gained through the crime, as well as the objects and documents relevant for the pre-trial investigation, Smart-Holding Group pledges its readiness to cooperate with the pre-trial investigation authorities and to provide all the required documents and information available to us that may contribute to the comprehensive investigation of this or any other criminal proceeding within the framework of the applicable legislation. Taking into account our willingness to cooperate, we request that the appropriate investigation methods be applied to avoid disruption of the normal operations of Smart-Holding’s companies and activities of the Group’s officials. The reason for this petition is that the owners and officials of Smart-Holding Group are interested in the speedy investigation of the criminal offence, however, avoiding disruption of the companies’ normal operations, including by searches or any other forced investigative actions.
