Director of Legal Support and Corporate Governance
His responsibilities include working with the legal and corporate management unit of the Holding and businesses.
He has held the position of Director of Legal Support and Corporate Governance since September 2022. Before joining Smart-Holding, he headed the legal department at IDS Borjomi. Prior to that, he worked at Nemirov, GSK (GLAXOSMITHKLINE HELSKARE UKRAINE T.O.V.), managed departments in large law firms such as Arthur Andersen (Ernst & Young), KM Partners, led legal support development of draft laws of the World Bank in Ukraine, has a lawyer's certificate.
Education
In 1998, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Faculty of Law, majoring in jurisprudence.
In 1999, he received a certificate of the right to practice law.
