Smart-Holding Develops Its Corporate Business Management System

The Shareholders' Meeting of Smart-Holding that took place on 24 April 2014 made decision about further development of the corporate business management system. The Company extended the functions and membership of the Supervisory Board to facilitate the Group's long-term development.

Alexey Pertin, who previously held the position of Smart-Holding’s CEO, was installed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Other members of the Supervisory Board are Igor Drizhchanyi, Mikhail Novinskiy, Andrey Vishnevskiy, Gregory Mason and Frank Rieger.

Alexey Tymofeyev, former COO of Smart-Holding, was appointed as the Company's CEO.

Alexey Tymofeyev pointed out: 'Two main challenges that Smart-Holding is going to face in the short term are implementation of the action program to decrease the impact of the large-scale economic and political crisis on the Company's business and transition to a new business model to ensure further development of Smart-Holding as the investment group.'
