02.01.2015

In connection with the escalation of events around Amstor, Smart-Holding addressed the employees of the retail chain:

Dear employees of Amstor Group,

In connection with the attempts to destabilize the work in some of our stores that are more and more frequently made by Vladimir Vagorovskiy, the former managing partner of Amstor Group, we ask you to:

1. Ignore the directions of Mr. Vagorovskiy, who is urging you not to attend your workplaces without valid reason.
2. Inform the law-enforcement authorities about all the facts of threats from Vagorovskiy, as well as the facts of enforcement to commit unlawful actions from his side.
3. Refrain from signing any documents under duress.
4. Ignore illegal directions from Mr. Vagorovskiy about hiding cash proceeds. Please remember that illegal withdrawal of cash proceeds and their concealment from tax accounting is a crime and is punishable by law.

Remember, our main task is to maintain stable operation of all the chain’s stores and preserve thousands of jobs for employees of Amstor Group. Law-enforcement authorities have been warned about attempts of Mr. Vagorovskiy to destabilize the work of the retail chain, using groups of armed people, as well as the cases of blackmailing and intimidation towards the representatives of Amstor Group’s management. We are confident that he will be brought to justice soon. For any inquiries, please contact the representative of Smart-Holding, the main shareholder of Amstor Group, by phone +38 (067)-406-24-71.
