Alexey Revin has been appointed as the head of Smart-Holding’s real estate business to replace Boris Tur who left the Company.
Prior to joining Smart-Holding, Alexey worked in the capacity of the development director at IntegralBud. Earlier, he held key management positions at Parket Hall Ukraine, Bauhof Ukraine, City Capital Group, Leroy Merlin Ukraine.
His responsibilities include the development and implementation of the real estate business’s strategy, the management of a real estate investment portfolio, as well as the implementation of real estate construction and commissioning projects.
Smart-Holding is one of the largest investment groups in Ukraine specializing in key industries of the economy, including mining and metallurgy, oil and gas, shipbuilding, real estate and agriculture. The Company participates in projects as a strategic or portfolio investor.
Smart-Holding is involved in the implementation of a real estate project portfolio. This business line is represented by the project of comprehensive refurbishment of Troitskaya Square. The Company also operates a number of shopping centres in several regions of Ukraine.
