In the first half from the end of last year, the companies of Smart Energy Group paid a total of 1.84 bln UAH in taxes to the budgets of all levels, including 772.4 mln UAH of rent payments for the subsoil use. Consequently, 38.6 mln UAH, as well as 29.9 mln UAH of local taxes were transferred to the regional treasuries of Poltava region and Kharkiv region from the rent.
In general, amount of tax payments of Smart Energy Group for the reporting period increased by 2.5 times compared to the same indicator in 2021. Deductions for income tax, value added tax and rent payments increased significantly. Their growth is caused by a significant increase of gas prices.
