A large batch of sanitizers and antibacterial wet wipes, which are much needed in hospitals, was delivered to the State Institution "The Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine", which is the leading cardiosurgical clinic of Ukraine. The total weight of the charity aid was 6.5 tons.
"A huge amount of humanitarian aid, bactericidal wipes and hand sanitizers, has been delivered. I would like to thank Vadym Novynskyi Foundation, which has been helping us with medicines and consumables for 10 months. This is very important for us," noted the Director of the Heart Institute, Honored Doctor of Ukraine and outstanding cardiac surgeon Boris Todurov.
The Heart Institute employs real professionals who successfully perform complex operations, including heart transplantation and many other unique cardiac surgeries. In this difficult time for our country, the Institute saves lives of our soldiers - defenders of Ukraine - every day.
"These sanitizers and antibacterial wipes are primarily needed in the intensive care unit, in the operating room, because after every operation, even a small one, everything must be thoroughly sterilized so that there is no infection. At this time, we have a lot of wounded soldiers, so I will emphasize once again: this is very much needed help now. Thank you very much!" — noted Iryna Kilaryova, president of the Charity Foundation "Heart on a Palm" — an official partner of the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
In total, this year, Vadym Novynskyi Foundation and Smart-Holding group companies have spent almost one billion hryvnias to important social projects and assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
